These Terms govern your use of icinnov.shop (the “Studio”), operated by IC INNOVATIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 05139849. By using the Studio you agree to these Terms.

What the Studio is

The Studio is a digital problem-solver board. It suggests kits of ordinary, non-electronic household goods based on the information you enter. Suggestions are inspiration to help you tidy and organise. The Studio is not a repair, installation, fitting or inspection service, and it does not provide engineering, electrical or safety advice.

Suggestions and outcomes

• Kit suggestions are general ideas, not guarantees of any particular result.
• You decide whether a suggested item suits your space and needs.
• All items are everyday household goods; none are presented as patented or certified.

Credits and accounts

Saving a kit reserves credits on your account. Credits and plans are described on the Pricing page. Online checkout is being connected and a payment provider is pending, so no card is charged through this site yet. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate.

Orders for physical goods

Where you order physical household items, the Shipping & Returns terms apply. Digital credits are covered by the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Studio, attempt to disrupt it or access it unlawfully.
• Do not copy our content or imagery for resale without permission.

Liability

We provide the Studio with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from how household items are chosen or used. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Studio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
