This Privacy Policy explains how IC INNOVATIONS LIMITED(“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use icinnov.shop(the “Studio”). We are the data controller for the information described here and we follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

  • Board inputs: the household problem, room, budget band and style you type so the Studio can suggest a kit.
  • Account and contact details: your name and email if you contact us or reserve credits.
  • Order details: delivery address and the kit items you choose, where you place an order for physical goods.
  • Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to run and secure the website.

How we use it

  • To generate kit suggestions and keep the kits you save.
  • To answer your messages and provide support.
  • To process credit reservations and any orders for ordinary household goods.
  • To keep the Studio secure and to meet our legal obligations.

Lawful bases

We rely on performance of a contract (providing the Studio and fulfilling orders), legitimate interests (running and improving the service securely) and consent where it is required, for example for optional communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website, handle communications and, once connected, process payments. A payment provider is currently pending, so no card data is processed through this site yet. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or ask us to restrict it. To exercise any right, email support@icinnov.shop. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
