Shipping & Returns

These terms apply when you order physical, non-electronic household goods from IC INNOVATIONS LIMITED through icinnov.shop. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you need delivery elsewhere, email support@icinnov.shop before ordering so we can confirm whether we can help.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 working days.
- Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are shown before you confirm an order. Because online checkout is being connected and a payment provider is pending, orders are currently arranged by email and any delivery cost is confirmed in writing first.
Returns
- You may return unused household goods in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- Tell us first by email so we can share the return address.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
