Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers credits and digital services bought from IC INNOVATIONS LIMITED through icinnov.shop. Refunds for physical household goods are handled under our Shipping & Returns terms.

Credits

• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been spent on saving a kit.
• Partially used packs are refunded for the value of the remaining unused credits.
• Monthly plan credits for the current period are non-refundable once the period starts.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current month remains active until it ends. We do not pro-rate part-months unless required by law.

Payment provider pending

Online checkout is being connected and a payment provider is currently pending. No card is charged on this site yet, so there are no online payments to refund at this time. Once payments are live, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@icinnov.shop with your account email and what you would like refunded. We aim to respond within two working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations. It does not limit those rights.
